 Each room features a private bathroom, walk-in tile shower, toilet, sink and storage; a double bed, designer work desk, comfy reading chair, ample closet space—and its own unique look and feel, different from all other rooms.

If you’d like, you can gain added privacy by living in one of two garden cottages across the courtyard instead of the main house: a rarity when it comes to furnished housing in Brussels.

You can even host visitors in the guest room.

“Amazing house, amazing management, and amazing housemates! The entire experience, from my initial online enquiry to leaving the house, has been wonderful.”

In our MP community, we have held the most fun Netflix sessions and Eurovision watching parties. Not to forget the welcome dinners or the countless cooking sessions! At the same time, the house setup has given us the possibility to enjoy all the benefits of community life while preserving our privacy. None of this would have been possible without the excellent cleaning services and modern facilities: a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV and individual rooms with private bathroom.

(And we should not forget the guest room – which is extremely convenient when you have friends or relatives over for a visit!)

Overall, I would recommend Morton Place without hesitation to any young professional in Brussels who wishes to find a warm, modern and comfortable place they could call home.

I arrived in Brussels in 2019 not knowing anyone and ended up in Morton Place for 4 years. I not only had a very nice place that made feel like home, but alos find a family within my roomates. Morton Place Parvis has literally been “home away from home” for the last years. Great place to stay. Amazing neighbourhood and the house itself is great too. The team always pays a lot of attention, everything is organized and managed very professional. A lot of people worry that living in co housing communities means they are never going to be able to have friends and family over. This is not the case! We actually have guest rooms available, meaning your family and friends can come and stay.

Yes, all utilities are covered. Your package will also include TV licenses and subscriptions, as well as cleaning of the common areas twice per week.

Yes, our co housing communities provide individual residents with a fully furnished room and a private en-suite shower room.

You will be welcomed by our house manager, who will be there to welcome you and help you get settled in. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions! On the first Thursday, after you have moved in, there will be welcome drinks so that you can get to know your new community.

If there are any maintenance problems, there is a group where people can post any issues. These issues will get fixed during the day when residents are at work so that there is minimal disruption.

Our co housing communities are very sociable. Residents often go for after-work drinks together and we have had no issues with disruptive residents in the past. If you do have a problem, we will be there to support you so please do not hesitate to get in touch.
