Vintage meets modern design in this sleek house built around a central light-filled courtyard at Morton Place Parvis.  Our original home opened in 2011 features secure storage for bicycles, a laundry room, a large communal table in the kitchen and a cozy living room with direct access to the courtyard.

The house is located in St Gilles, a trendy neighborhood full of artists and young professionals.

The metro Hotel des Monnaies has direct access to the European Quarter and the Midi Station with the Eurostar, Thalys and airport express. Comfortable and convenient housing for expats who want to live in the center of Brussels.

Morton Place Louise is our most ambitious coliving space covering over 600m2 for lucky residents who enjoy splendid period detail and original, vintage furniture. This grand Brussels “Maison de Maitre” features a few two rooms suites that are a good alternative to furnished apartments in Brussels, with a large bedroom and a separate work or reading area.

We sourced the furnishings from antique markets throughout Belgium and Scandinavia giving each room it’s own eclectic decor.

The house is built around an inner patio, features include a large kitchen, dining and tv area a home office, a guest room for visitors, laundry room and  bike storage.

Metro: Hotel des Monnaies (20 minutes door to door to Rond Point Schuman and the EU institutions)

All Suite Housing means each resident has a bedroom and adjacent living room and bathroom. Offering more room for privacy.

Trams nearby offer direct access to the EU quarter (15′) or Midi train station.

In our MP community, we have held the most fun Netflix sessions and Eurovision watching parties. Not to forget the welcome dinners or the countless cooking sessions! At the same time, the house setup has given us the possibility to enjoy all the benefits of community life while preserving our privacy. None of this would have been possible without the excellent cleaning services and modern facilities: a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV and individual rooms with private bathroom.

(And we should not forget the guest room – which is extremely convenient when you have friends or relatives over for a visit!)

Overall, I would recommend Morton Place without hesitation to any young professional in Brussels who wishes to find a warm, modern and comfortable place they could call home.

I arrived in Brussels in 2019 not knowing anyone and ended up in Morton Place for 4 years. I not only had a very nice place that made feel like home, but alos find a family within my roomates. If you are looking for an all inclusive place, elegantly decorated, run by a very thoughtful team, very well located and where you ll feel at home, then you are in the right place.

Great place to stay. Amazing neighbourhood and the house itself is great too. The team always pays a lot of attention, everything is organized and managed very professional. I did enjoy my time there a lot, also because MP seeks to have stable and friendly house communities. Oh, and it looks just like the pictures, so WYSIWYG.
