Morton Place Horta is located in the lively Place van Meenen neighborhood, steps from the Maison Communale.  Step outside and feel the energy of this artsy district—exploring trendy restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars and more. Monday nights are especially fun as people from all over Brussels gather to enjoy dinner and drinks at the famous local market with its mix of farm stands and food trucks.

Morton Place Horta is a short 350-meter walk  to the tram stops Horta or Janson, providing direct access to the European Quarter and the Midi Station with the Eurostar, Thalys, and airport express.

Morton Place Horta is an All Suite home where each resident occupies a full floor, including a private bedroom, separate living room and private bathroom.  Ideal for couples or more senior residents who want a bit more space. Residents enjoy the best of both worlds: a community of fellow expats with whom to share cozy common spaces, spacious private area to relax or work from home. Bedrooms are on the quieter courtyard side, and the living rooms on the city side with comfortable furniture, plenty of storage and individual bluetooth Marshall speakers.

No, everything is included in your package. This includes all utilities, as well as the required TV licenses and subscriptions too. We also provide cleaning of the communal areas twice each week.

No, all of our Brussel apartments provide individual tenants with their own fully furnished room and a private en-suite shower room.

We do everything to make sure your first day goes smoothly and you are comfortable. When you get to your apartment, your house manager will be waiting to help you settle in. They will explain everything to you and answer all of your questions. Once you have moved in, on the first Thursday, we arrange welcome drinks for you so that you can get to know your new community.

A lot of people worry about making friends, especially if you’re moving to Brussels from abroad. Our Brussels apartments are known for being very friendly and sociable. Residents often go for after-work drinks together.

There is a group where you can report any maintenance issues. We will fix these problems throughout the day, while residents are working, as this minimises the disruption.

You will be pleased to know that our Brussel apartments all have guest rooms available should your friends and family wish to visit.
